Office hours for drop offs, pick ups, visits, tours and
grooming appointments are done only by previously
scheduled appointments btw. 9am-12:00pm AND
btw. 3-4:30pm (weekdays & Saturdays) between. 9:00-12:30pm.
Check out time for boarding guests is
between 9am-12:00pm to avoid
charges for the day. Each
Sunday the OFFICE
closes in addition to the dates on our Calendar.
We are closed on Sunday and major holidays unless prior arrangements have
been made.
Sundays and after hour check outs: the
office staff is 'off' and check-outs can only be by pre-arranged appointment...and
there is a charge for this service because an office staff member will have
to come to the cattery office on their day off, and turn on the computer
to retrieve and print out your bill. There is a $35 charge that goes to the
staff member who comes in to do this favor. Because we will not be able to
assign your condo to another kitty the applicable charges for the totality
of the holidays’ days will apply.
Don't be intimidated about asking because the staff member may be very happy
to help you for the extra income, but it has to be in their personal schedule,
between you and them.
Only OFFICE personnel, NOT cattery cleaners or any other personnel are allowed
or have the ability to check your cat out, even though they are there every
day to take care of the cats' needs 24/7. They cannot ever do a check out.
Thank you for understanding. Their job is to take care of the cats needs,
dispense lots of loving attention and make sure the cats' routine remains
the same seven days a week regardless of whether it is a Sunday or holiday.
We are open six and a half days a week and our staff needs their time off.
We would love to be open seven days a week for our customers' convenience,
but if we offered this service, we would have to increase our daily rates
dramatically and decided from surveying our current customers, that they
would rather have the lower rates. Our rates have not increased for several
years although food, salaries, benefits, taxes, etc have risen. Be assured
we will never compromise our service and care of the cats. Their care is
our only business and our priority.. their needs always take precedence over
our own.
