 Items Brought
In With Your Cat
Your cat is required to arrive in a secure individual cat carrier, for your
cat’s safety. We have a storage room for your carrier so you are allowed
to leave it. The carrier will be sanitized and you cat will be in its carrier
five minutes before your appointment arrival for pickup.
You are welcome to bring a towel or item of clothing or toys and we will
see that they are put in your cat’s chalet. But please be aware
that any cloth items will be washed and if toys get dropped in a soiled litter
pan, they are discarded with the litter. And there is a chance that in the
cleaning process, the item of clothing or towel can be lost, damaged or disposed
of and we cannot be held responsible for any of these items. We urge you
not to bring anything of value that you or your cat couldn't live without
or that you would be upset to lose.
 All belongings must be labeled or made easy for our attendants to identify
in some way. Some belongings are not allowed, such as glass dishes or breakable
items. We would appreciate you limiting the number of toys your cat
brings.
You don't have to feel guilty because we have a large assortment of toys
in the playroom... and we like the kitties to have lots of space to jump and
play in their cathouse so a few toys are fine. We usually give them a catnip
mouse on check in, a favorite toy by our cats... Don't bring anything of
value that you would be upset at losing or be upset with us because it was
lost, damaged or had to be thrown away.
Our staff will make every effort humanly
possible in good faith to return all your cats belongings to you on check
out. Occasionally this may not be possible despite our greatest efforts to
be perfect in this category. We appreciate your understanding in this regard.
Please check over everything before you leave the premises as sometimes a
toy can be taken into the cats house and gets overlooked when the cat is
put in its carrier for pickup. We cannot be responsible
for anything left after pickup as everything in the cats condo will be sanitized
and items left will be discarded. |
